1 | ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE TRAINING
Private sessions allow players to have the coach's full attention, guidance, and support. Whether you're preparing for your next trial or event, developing your technique, or working on mastering a specific skill, a one-on-one session provides a great opportunity to get ahead and elevate your game.
2 | SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi-private sessions consist of 2 to 3 players and provide participants the benefits of a more customizable training experience while adding resistance to accelerate the player's development. Whether the goal is to strengthen tactical, technical, or physical performance, these sessions allow players to remain intensely focused on their specific training objectives.
3 | GROUP TRAINING
Group training allows players to engage in a cooperative learning environment with a tailored curriculum designed to support player development. Each group session is focused on achieving specific outcomes to elevate player skill level. Group sessions provide participants with the opportunity to train with other highly-motivated players of similar skill levels and creates an enjoyable, high-intensity learning environment.
4 | CLUB AND ACADEMY COACHING
TDF creates customized solutions for clubs and academies in need of support for their tactical, technical, or physical training programs. If you require a coach for your next event, class, or session, TDF also offers engagement-based coaching services.
5 | CAMPS
TDF camps allow players to zero in and focus on football by following a condensed curriculum that provides resources, repetition, and results. TDF camps help players maximize their time and effort in preparation for footballing events and minimize their downtime while participating in a fun and positive learning environment. TDF camps take place throughout the year.
6 | NUTRITION PROGRAMS
Nutrition is the foundation of optimal athletic performance and is vital to player fitness. It is essential to properly fuel the body to meet the mental and physical demands on the pitch. Players must develop proper nutritional habits and understand how to prepare themselves from a nutritional standpoint.
